The first session is a lifestyle analysis understanding where you are and where you want to be. Then the starting point is to read the book 'I can make you THIN' by Paul McKenna. Paul has helped thousands of people lose weight through his unique approach 'The simplest weight-loss system in the world'™. This is provided on the first session of the programme and sets the psychological scene as to how you are going to lose weight. John has regularly assisted Paul McKenna on his 'Easy Weight Loss' seminars in London and is one of the few consultants in the UK to have been recommended clients by Paul's training company. A lot of people read the book but don't actually do what it says. John's sessions are about doing not dreaming!
The second session is about dealing with underlying problems that underpin the emotional responses to food. John is highly trained as an Advanced Thought Field Therapist and using this approach will eliminate the emotional baggage that usually goes hand in hand with weight problems enabling you to be lighter emotionally!
The third and fourth sessions are about dealing with any cravings or compulsions, your motivational attitude to exercise or self image issues and introducing hypnotic conditioning using state-of-the-art brain technology to re-programme your unconscious mind to achieving the healthy lifestyle you want. Each of these sessions will be supported by personal hypnosis CD's to use between sessions at home.
The next four sessions are designed to support your progress. Each session is booked once you have achieved a minimum weight reduction of 4lbs (2kilos). Therefore completing this programme guarantees you will be at least 16lbs lighter. This ensures that you are motivated to make this happen. This also takes into account that becoming lighter in a healthy way is a gradual process and very individual. This will ensure you overcome the 'wait problem' with patience over the 8 sessions and stop obsessing and become lighter in mind and body!
John will only work with you if you are committed to making this happen. Therefore the first session is an opportunity to decide whether this is the right approach for you. If at the end of the session you feel this is right for you and you can see how it will work and on the inside you are saying to yourself 'Yes, this is for me!' then you invest in the whole programme up front.
